Stiff Sentence For Penis Man

SARATOGA SPRINGS—The man who disrupted the graduation ceremony of the Saratoga Springs High School last month, dressed in an inflatable 6-foot penis costume, has until Sept. 18 to make a written apology, complete 24 hours of community service and pay $95.
Calvin Morett, 19, of Pyramid Pine Estates appeared before Saratoga Springs City Court Judge Douglas Mills Wednesday to answer a charge of disorderly conduct, a violation. He must write a letter of apology to the school as well as pay to have it published in the local newspaper.
Morett ran across the stage at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center June 26 as diplomas were being awarded. Morett graduated last year from the school.
Morett sprayed silly string on the audience and tried to outrun security officers and police but his bulky costume hampered his escape.
