Ex-Partner Of Penis Pump Judge Gets Protective Order

Posted on Thursday, 9 of July , 2009 at 7:52 pm

TULSA, OK—The saga of the penis pump judge continues.

His former business partner who had disappeared during his trial on indecent exposure charges has now obtained an emergency protective order against him.

Former Creek County District Judge Donald Thompson, 62, convicted in 2006 of four felony counts of indecent exposure as a result of exposing himself and masturbating on the bench during trials, was released last April after serving 20 months of four one-year sentences.

Thompson is currently on probation after being found guilty of drunk driving last December.

A Tulsa County special judge has issued an order which requires Thompson to have no contact with Angela McClanahan-Fernandez, his former business partner.  She told the court that Thompson “appears at my home or my job on a daily basis”.

McClanahan was to have been a witness in Thompson’s 2006 trial but she disppeared and a felony warrant was issued for her arrest.

Prosecutors had been forced to drop a misdemeanor charge of misuse of state property against Thompson for his alleged improper use of a state computer after McClanahan disappeared.

The charge had centered around four pornographic photos in a computer seized from the judge’s office which allegedly show a woman performing oral sex on a man which is allegedly Thompson. The woman was allegedly McClanahan.

McClanahan failed to appear in court and the judge issued a warrant for her arrest. But when police officers arrived at her home to arrest her, McClanahan reportedly ducked out the back door and police lost her in a foot pursuit. Without their witness, prosecutors withdrew the computer charge.  7-09-09
