Cops: Woman Falsely Reported Child Abuse

ST. LAWRENCE COUNTY—A Chase Mills woman faces charges after she allegedly made a false report to the Child Abuse Hotline.

Nichole MeunierNichole M. Meunier, 23, has been charged with falsely reporting an incident after called the hotline on May 32 alleging that child endangerment was occurring at a residence.

Police said that Meunier later admitted to a St. Lawrence County social worker that she had fabricated the report.

She was issued an appearance ticket returnable in the town of Louisville on July 22. 7-15-09
