Bakers Mills Man Faces Fugitive, DWI Charges

WARRENSBURG—A Bakers Mills man is lodged in the Warren County Correctional Facility awaiting extradition to Florida after sheriff’s officers stopped his vehicle Sunday night for a traffic violation.
The Warren County Sheriff’s Office initiated a traffic stop on a Ford pickup truck for failing to keep right on Main St.,Warrensburg about 10:45 p.m.
The operator of the truck, Eric L. Millington, 35, of Edwards Hill Rd., was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor; and ticketed for failing to keep right, unlicensed operation and operating an unregistered vehicle.
After police learned that he had an active warrant for violating probation in Florida, Millington was also charged with being a fugitive from justice, a felony.
The arrest was made by Patrol Officer Jeremy Coon. 10-12-09
