Warrensburg Man Charged With Hydrocodone Sales

WARRENSBURG—A Warren County Grand Jury has indicted a Warrensburg man for allegedly engaging in the criminal sale of hydrocodone pills.
David C. Wilusz, 28, of 16 Cloverleaf Lane, was arrested Tuesday by the Warren County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Enforcement Unit along with the Capital District Drug Enforcement Task Force on a indictment warrant for three counts of fourth degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, a class C felony.
Sheriff’s Lt. Shawn Lamouree said the lengthy investigation between the Task Force and the Sheriff’s Office revealed that the large quantities of controlled substances consisting of hydrocodone pills sold by Wilusz were coming into the area from western New York State.
Wilusz was arraigned in Warren County Court and remanded to the Warren County Correctional Facility in lieu of $25,000 cash bail, $50,000 bail bond.
The investigation is continuing and additional arrests are pending, Lamouree said. 10-27-09
