Cops: Lake Luzerne Man Spray Painted Cows

GREENWICH—A Lake Luzerne man has been arrested for spray painting cows and the side of a barn on the Odd Duck Farm in the Town of Easton.
Robert M. Bennett, 31, of Antone Mountain Rd., has been charged with second degree criminal mischief.
Police said Bennett had been actively sought since November of 2008 in connection with the spray painting incident which had occurred on or about Aug. 13, 2008.
He was arrested this week in Glens Falls, processed at SP Greenwich, arraigned before Easton Town Justice Laura Taylor, and sent to the Washington County Jail without bail pending further court action.
Police said additional charges will be lodged against Bennett. 10-28-09
