Johnsburg Woman Faces DWI Charge

JOHNSBURG—A 40-year-old Johnsburg woman was charged with driving while intoxicated early Sunday after being stopped on State Route 8 in the Town of Johnsburg.
Corinna Leigh Russell of 811 Goodman Road was initially stopped after police observed her vehicle crossing over the solid double yellow lines.
Russell’s blood-alcohol content was found to be 0.15%, nearly double the legal threshold of .08%.
She was released pending prosecution in the Johnsburg Town Court.
The arrest was made by Warren County Sheriff’s Officer Scott Philips. 11-01-09
