Police Raid Lake Luzerne Party, 28 Arrested

LAKE LUZERNE—Police needed vans to transport the 28 individuals arrested Saturday night for illegally entering the Hudson River Rafting Company building located at 11 Main St., in Lake Luzerne where they were having a party.

All of the 28 were arrested on misdemeanor charges of third degree criminal trespass.  In addition to that charge, several others were arrested for drug possession.

Tab T. Robinson Jr., 22 of Lake Luzerne, was charged with a felony count of fifth degree possession of a controlled substance, cocaine.

The party was raided at about 11 p.m. by the Warren County Sheriff’s Office and New York State Police. 

The Warren County Sheriff’s Office arrested the following subjects:

Sean M. Dingman, 20, Lake Luzerne    

John A. Murphy, 23, Chestertown                 

Rachel E. Miraglia,  20, Plattsburgh                    

Lisa M. Flint, 19, Queensbury                 

Janna D. Kopacki, 18,Corinth             

Katie L. Potter, 18, Corinth             

Dylan M. Lundquest, 21, Stony Creek     

Drew C. Aldrich, 21, Hadley             

Casey A. Hayes, 22 ,  Hadley             

Christopher G. Underwood, 19, Stony Creek

Timothy J. Hanlon Jr., 24,  Lake George

Noelle T. Hoffman, 19, Lake Luzerne

Kaleigh F. Lloyd, 18, Lake Luzerne

Moriah E. Englert, 17, Hadley

Tiara P. Seybold,  20, Plattsburgh

Sabrina T. Ladd, 18, Lake Luzerne

Joshua E. Allison,  22,  Lake Luzerne, unlawful possession of marijuana

Zachery C. Scotch, 19, Hadley, unlawful possession of marijuana        

New York State Troopers Jason Miller and Cecile LeBarron arrested the following subjects:

Lucas Blanchard, 24, Hadley 

Ryan Hanlon,20, Corinth

Elaine Dejesus, 20, Queens

Guillaume Fernandez, 25,  New York City

Jacklyn Hoffman, 22, Lake George,  unlawful possession of marijuana

Marc Dragon, 21, Hadley, unlawful possession of marijuana

Cheyenne Miller, 19, Corinth, unlawful possession of  marijuana

All defendants are scheduled to appear in Lake Luzerne Town Court on Dec. 2.  11-15-09
