Taconic DDSO Employee Busted For Drugs

PLEASANT VALLEY—An employee of the Taconic Developmental Disabilities Services Office in Wassaic was arrested Wednesday after State Police found her in possession of more than eight ounces of marijuana.

Diana Boyer, 30, of Pleasant Valley was charged with third degree criminal possession of marijuana, a felony.  She was a passenger in a vehicle operated by Nestor Ramos, 32, of Poughkeepsie which State Police stopped on State Route 44. 

Ramos was charged with operating under the influence of drugs and driving with a suspended drivers license.

Romero and Boyer were arraigned in the Pleasant Valley Town Court and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail, to appear for further court proceedings on Dec. 17. 11-27-09
