Editor, The North Country Gazette:
Our military personal give their lives each day. I offered my life daily when I was in the United States Marine Corps. We do it for you, our country. I came back 100% disabled from the Vietnam Conflict. I volunteer thousands of hours each year since discharge in 1974 helping other American citizens because I came back alive.
Our country comes first, above all else---my family second and myself last. I do not want your thanks, gratitude or money. Helping others is my way of supporting those that gave their lives for you my fellow American citizens. Our military trusts and believes that their sacrifice will keep the equal protection of the Constitution for all. This is why they give so much for you. This is why a President can not freely eavesdrop.
In New Hampshire the NH Bar has a different "Idea". Slowly take the rights of the individual away so nobody notices. I realize the NH State Police do not like me mentioning Carle Drega, but the Colebrook government and court destroyed this man. Jean E Allen of central New Hampshire and her family have been destroyed by the legal branch of the NH goverment. The Bushong family of Madbury, NH has been destroyed. The NH Bar follows the first rule for a communist state. (Slowly) We the United States has safeguards to prevent this unequal society to exist here. They are described as checks and balances. The New Hampshire Bar is slowly eroding these checks and balances through the courts.
The people are afraid to speak up. Who do you trust? Our Governor Lynch is so proud to be governor he forgot about the people. The courts have a rule attorneys protect attorneys character above the people's rights. They declared me a terrorist "Under the Patriot Act" to scare me. I lost my freedom for six months. It does not take brains to be a US Marine. I on the day I was released from jail I continued to fight for the people of the United States. I will not stop short of death.
The speaker of the NH house Doug Scammon stated the Constitutional right to file a redress of wrongs no longer exists. He said "we don't do that any more". I understand why the people are afraid. So why do we let good men and women die on foreign soil to protect a belief that is eroding here.
The newspapers should be our biggest ally. Why do they not print the news or at least print my letters? Is the NH news afraid of the bar association's Power? I write hundreds of letters as I am sure others do. The newspapers refuse to print the truth. I can quote the Union Leader as stating "Your letters hurt people with good reputations".
I am a terrorist according to the court. I guess people like me are not protected by the Constitution. I am the NH government's biggest terror. Not because I will be violent. I believe so much in what good men and women are dying for on foreign soil this very day that I will not stop. I ask you across the United States read this letter and ask everyone you know to read it. Send it to your local newspapers.
