Schiavo Judge And The Florida Elections Commissions

On Aug. 17, Florida resident Paul Timmerman drove for seven hours to Tallahassee to attend a probable cause hearing conducted by the Florida Elections Commission in regard to Timmerman's complaint against Pinellas County Court judge George W. Greer for alleged violations of campaign finance and election law for a televised political commercial aired on Pinellas County televisions stations during August 2004.

Timmerman's experience at the hearing is detailed below in this open letter to Gov. Jeb Bush.

    Dear Governor Bush:

Corruption, conspiracy, obstruction of justice and judicial activism is alive and well in Florida. I pray on Sept. 5, the voters elect the right candidates so government of the people, by the people, for the people returns, dragging Justice, Law and Order with them. The judicial activism is not by a judge; this time it is the Florida Elections Commission.

I filed my complaint with the FEC concerning the re-election campaign violations of Judge Greer. A few weeks later, I received a letter that my complaint was assigned a case number. Wow! I thought, the FEC is a professional, unbiased organization. The complaint is being processed. A month latter, the clerk handling my complaint requested additional info, and I was able to make minor corrections. Three months later I received a copy of notice sent to Judge Greer's Notice of Probable Cause Hearing. I was not sent a personal letter. I was fortunate I called the FEC office because I was to follow the procedures Greer had to do. I advised the FEC I would attend.

Governor, this office could have dismissed this complaint once they had received it. They investigated the complaint, and the evidence was so strong, they assigned it a case number, then a date for hearing.

I sat in a large hallway with others to be called. I was called. I was given a seat in the back against the far wall. There were no microphones, and I had missed, is complainant here. I was so far back, I could not tell who was talking. I asked is this the Greer case. I responded here. All I know is Greer was given permission to use his courtroom in the ad, and the people in the ad were on vacation. Motion came for dismissal, and vote taken. Dismissed. Greer's attorney proceded to leave. Since I could not talk, as I started to leave, I asked the gentleman doing all the speaking, if Greer paid for the use of the courtroom. This gentlemen was not so gentle. Rudely he shouted, ask the county, not here! Greer's attorney re-entered, as he heard my question. I threw my hands up in disgust, and left.

I was the scapegoat for the FEC as they whitewashed this hearing. This is similar to State Attorney Bernie McCabe's investigation due to my request to you for an investigation, to the 7 minute delay before Mike Schiavo called 911, and the alleged abuse to Terri by Michael Schiavo. Once you assigned this to Bernie, I knew it was just another grandstand event, and would be white washed . Sure enough! So strange I have evidence of the early bone scan that shows domestic violence, and DCF investigator Mitchel Turner's report of felony abuse , neglect, and exploitation of Terri by Michael . Stranger yet, McCabe's clones could not find this. Worse! Terri was murdered by the state! No one enforced the laws. Ever elected official was derelict in their duties and sadly, an innocent, mildly disabled woman was killed! Premeditated murder. Energies spent protecting Greer should have been used to save Terri Schiavo. Now the FEC things they can do the same.

Back to the FEC! Greer's attorney was already in the hearing room. I did not receive the papers submitted, that these people were on vacation and Greer had permission. This is worse than a "kangaroo hearing" because the elections statutes does not cover this exception, Greer must pay a fee! I checked his election expenses filed at the Pinellas County Supervisor of Elections and NO PAYMENT.

Can a deputy wear a uniform on vacation? Was the sheriff's car on vacation? This was not mentioned. Who drove the sheriffs car to the filming of the ad? I hope this was not the deputy on vacation because we now have a more serious problem, using government property for personal use. Now if this deputy was on vacation, why in uniform. Most people on vacation wear flip flops, and a tee shirt, and cut offs. The reason for the uniform and car, these symbols were needed to give the voter the impression Greer is endorsed by law enforcement which he was not! Violations of the election laws! Why was the public defender on vacation in the ad. This was used to misled the voter all state attorneys and courts endorsed Greer. This is why my complaint made it through. More evidence no one enforces the Florida laws.

I had requested the FEC commissioners, the statutes used to dismiss, it will be interesting if they reply. I cannot get a reply why there is no grand jury investigation into the state's illegal murder of Terri Schindler-Schiavo. Adultery in Florida must have a new meaning. It was proper and fitting for Michael Schiavo to father two children out of wedlock because Terri was confined in hospice. Judge Greer violated guardianship laws, so Michael can too. Greer violates Florida starvation law because he is the corrupt judge. The feeding tube removal is legal, because corrupt legislators made it life support, no longer a feeding device. Greer ordered no providing food or liquids by mouth. This is starvation, now allowed by law. Did Greer do this because Michael Schiavo got away with no medical treatment or therapy for Terri? This is a direct violation of guardianship laws.

I think Florida government should be privatized, because we are wasting tax dollars payment government officials for doing nothing.
