Editor, The North Country Gazette:
I have been informed that I was misinformed about Mark Foley being married with two children. He has never married and apparently fathered no children. While the information given about family men who have a choice and a preference does not apply to Mark Foley, it does apply to the many family men living the down low life style and/or seeking to exploit other people's under age of consent children.

At issue is respecting the concerns of millions of people who have seen or experienced, some times repeatedly, real life situations that defy political correctness. Whether shouting them down, silencing, discrediting or ignoring them, millions deserve better from those elected to protect and advance their interests, and from those entrusted to accurately inform them so that they can judge how well they are served by their representatives.
I sincerely hope my misinformation has not tripped you up in anyway and apologize for any harm done, I did not check a very basic fact from a trusted source, and thus did not live up to the trust many of you have come to give me. I will do my best not to let you down like this in the future.
Not to divert from the contrition I owe and the damage I have done my credibility but I warn you, I and most of my people are amateurs volunteering some of our free time to try and get done for our interests what most of our elected representatives seem too distracted to attend to. The opinions expressed or relayed are as accurate as I can relay, and I know you check facts as best you can, usually better than I, the probably is not that much to you, still this is a very big thing to me.
