WARRENSBURG--- For the second time in two weeks, a Warrensburg woman has been arrested for having sex with an underaged boy.
A second charge of second degree rape has been lodged against Kimberly A. Baker, 22, after a police investigation revealed that she allegedly had sex with a 14-year-old.
She was charged earlier this month after going to Warren County Family Court in an effort to make the father of her infant pay child support. During an investigation, it was learned that the father of her two-year-old child was only 13 years old when he had sex with her.
Baker filed petitions with the court admitting to having sex with the teen, now 16. In New York State, a person cannot legally consent to sexual relations until age 17. 10-17-06
