The next Hudson Valley Energy Options energy efficiency session on controlling energy use will be offered Nov. 10 from 8 a.m. to noon at the Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corp. on Route 9 in Poughkeepsie.
"Retro-commissioning, Performance Contracting and Process Improvements for Municipal, Commercial and Industrial Facilities" will be sponsored by the Central Hudson Gas and Electric Corp.; Siemens Corp.; NYSERDA, Council of Industry of Southeastern New York, Clough Harbour & Associates, Mid-Hudson Pattern for Progress, Construction Contractors Association of the Hudson Valley and Ulster Savings Bank.
Hudson Valley Energy Options is a regional not-for-profit, member-based business organization that supports the use of alternative energy sources and energy conservation technology at the commercial and industrial level.
HVEO connects market sectors involved in development and implementation of current technologies within the Hudson Valley, generating momentum toward economically viable alternative energy technologies and resulting environmental benefits.
